Please allow 2-3 working days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day.

This may be longer during bank holidays.

UK ORDERS

Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class– £3.99

Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class- £2.99

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We will not replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back out.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At present we only delivery within the UK but we will be expanding this to other countries in the future.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, all products sold are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. 

If items arrive broken or damaged please kindly email us at info@theglowhut.com within 7 days. Please include your order number and a photo of your damaged item/s for a refund or a replacement if the item is still in stock.
